Double Skin Short Panel

Hormann's double skin short panel insulated garage doors feature an evenly filled polyurethane core enclosed in galvanized and coated 25 gauge sheet steel inside and out as well as painted end caps on each section. This offers outstanding thermal insulation (11.4 R-value) and long life. There is a fully operational door on display in our showroom, along with window samples.

Material

High-grade galvanized sheet steel, 26 gauge thick inside and outside. 1-¾" thick door section, wood grain textured outside, pebbled texture inside, baked enamel industrial coating.

• Pinch Resistant - Patented Hormann finger trap protection inside and outside (patent 5,002,114)
• Side hand guard from top to bottom (patent pending)
• Hormann's anti-drop device prevents the door from crashing down even in the unlikely event of any failure of cable or spring!
• 8x7 has a wind load of 130 mph (standard)
• Rainslope door surface design - a self cleaning feature where the woodgrain is sloped slightly downward so rain washes dirt and debris from your door
